Today, I had the privilege of attending the reopening of Robert Mondavi Winery, a recalibration of what wine tourism can be at its highest level.
Set in the heart of Oakville, this iconic estate hasn’t simply reopened its doors, it has redefined them. The intersection of architecture, art, and wine is sharper, more immersive, and unmistakably forward-looking, while still anchored in the vision that made Mondavi a global benchmark.
This is Napa doing what it does best: honouring tradition, then raising the bar.
And yes, of course, the wines still deliver exactly what I came for.
