Santiago, Chile, will host The World’s 50 Best Vineyards 2026 during the week of 16 November, marking the awards’ first-ever edition in Chile.
Home to the renowned Maipo Valley and gateway to many of Chile’s leading wine regions, Santiago provides the ideal setting to celebrate the world’s most outstanding vineyard experiences. The event will bring together global wine, tourism, and hospitality leaders while showcasing Chile’s rich wine heritage, gastronomy, and visitor experiences.
Following a remarkable 2025, when Viña Vik was named The World’s Best Vineyard and seven Chilean wineries earned places in the global rankings, Chile continues to strengthen its reputation as one of the world’s leading wine tourism destinations.
The World’s 50 Best Vineyards celebrates far more than exceptional wines – it recognizes wineries that deliver outstanding visitor experiences through hospitality, architecture, gastronomy, cultural heritage, and destination excellence.
Congratulations to Santiago and Chile on hosting one of the wine tourism industry’s most prestigious international events.
