FINE, the International Wine Tourism Marketplace, will return to Valladolid, Spain, for its eighth edition on 10–11 March 2027, reinforcing its position as an important international meeting point for the wine tourism industry.
The professional marketplace will bring together wineries, wine regions, hotels, tour operators, specialist travel agencies, destination organizations, and tourism professionals from across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
At the centre of FINE 2027 will be its highly focused business-matching programme, expected to facilitate more than 2,000 pre-arranged meetings between wine tourism suppliers and qualified international buyers. The programme will also include expert conferences, round-table discussions, an exhibition area, professional networking opportunities, and familiarisation trips to leading wine regions.
A particularly important focus will be the relationship between wine tourism and cultural heritage. Spain’s vineyards, historic cities, architecture, gastronomy, and centuries-old winemaking traditions demonstrate how these two sectors can work together to create more distinctive and meaningful visitor experiences.
Each year, FINE attracts approximately 140 exhibitors representing some of southern Europe’s most established and emerging wine destinations, including Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Galicia, Navarre, Madeira, the Azores, Alentejo, the Douro Valley, the Canary Islands, Aragón, and Italian wine regions.
Since its launch at Feria de Valladolid in 2021, FINE has developed into an increasingly international business platform. Its expansion into Italy, through a partnership with Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, further demonstrates the growing importance of specialized marketplaces in strengthening wine tourism collaboration, distribution, and destination visibility.
For wineries, destinations, hospitality businesses, travel designers, and international buyers, FINE 2027 will provide a valuable opportunity to establish partnerships, exchange knowledge, and examine the trends shaping the next generation of global wine tourism.
